Loren serves as a Senior Facilitator on the Leadership and Professional Development Delivery team.  Loren facilitates NEO,  as well as a variety of other Enterprise, Leadership and Professional Development courses and Claims Interns.  

 

Loren began his career at USAA in 1997 as a Customer Account Professional, progressing to Senior Customer Account Professional, Associate Adjuster, Casualty Claims Adjuster, Instructor II and Instructor I.

 

Loren has an undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in Economics and received the following recognition: Cum Laude and Graduate with distinction in Economics.  Loren also has a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  

 

Loren is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and is qualified in facilitating distance learning.

 

Loren has earned the following designations:  

CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)

CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter)

SCLA (Senior Claims Law Associate).

 

Loren enjoys music of all types and follows sports such as Track & Field, Swimming and Alpine Skiing.  Loren lives in Wesley Chapel, FL and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
