Jas Sidhu is the Associate Vice President, Learning Solution Architects, Enterprise Learning and Development, TD Bank Group. She is accountable for creating and executing multi-year learning strategies to drive the people priorities. Her team collaborates with HR and business leaders providing impactful learning solutions to build critical and emerging capabilities.

In the last 15 years, Jas has worked in strategic HR, Talent, Learning and Development roles, plus 15 years of business operational experience leading large to medium size contact centers, in the Telecom Industry.

Jas has held many progressive roles in her long career of over 34 years, all with a distinct passion for supporting colleagues in their development. Coaching became a passion early in Jas' career as she ventured in to leading large teams. Building a culture of psychological safety and creating an environment where the gift of feedback, giving and receiving became the gift of success.  She takes pride in building high-performing teams, mentoring others to succeed, and being known for her resillence and results-focused mindset.
