I have been teaching and creating learning for the past 30 years, starting with my certification in tennis instruction when I was 14. I hold a M.Ed. in Adult Education with a focus on eLearning. I have taught adults around the world for 14 years until I decided to move into Instructional Design. I've been working at D2L for the last 7 years, moving across multiple roles and now find myself as a consultant in the corporate space guiding key decisions on content design, gamification, micro-credentialing, and employee generate content.
