Jennifer O'Brien has more than 13 years of experience both within and outside of KnowledgeAdvisors in improving organizational and individual performance. Her primary focus has been assisting organizations in developing measurement tools that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of their services. Jennifer works closely with organizations in developing measurement strategies, designing surveys, aligning learning metrics with organizational goals, and analyzing, communicating, and taking action on measurement data.  Jennifer has also helped many clients build dashboards for their measurement data through the use of technology and data-visualization techniques. Before KnowledgeAdvisors, Jennifer worked with nonprofit and government organizations to develop strategies to better measure the results their clients were achieving and then using that information to improve organizational programs.
