Jill Emerick is director of talent development for North America revenue at First Advantage, supporting more than 200 people in the sales and customer success organization. She and her team enable the sales organization to learn sales skills and product knowledge and to achieve their quotas—in short, to be the best in the world. Prior to First Advantage, Emerick was a college professor teaching a variety of communication courses to adult students. Her passion for learning new skills, teaching them to others, and inspiring growth are evident in both roles.

She has been an ATD member nationally and locally for over 5 years. Most recently, she served her chapter (Central Indiana Chapter) for several years as VP of Finance and President.
