Joanne Lee has over 18 years of experience handling the customer and client facing activities required for business development, lead generation, and recruiting. She has experience in developing, supporting, maintaining, and expanding professional technical education partnerships. Joanne has worked with diverse adult learners, providing training and support through one-on-one direction and workshops for workforce student populations. She is able to identify strategies and design projects that provide innovative professional development for adult learners in effective, evidence-based instructional approaches.

Joanne received her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at University of Phoenix and her Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from California State University, San Bernardino. In addition to her passion for building and maintaining relationships with community-based organizations, business and industry, and promoting workforce education/continuing education partnerships, she also enjoys teaching part-time.
