Joelle K. Jay, PhD, is an award-winning executive coach, popular keynote speaker, and nationally recognized author on personal leadership. She has more than 20 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 businesses, C-suite leaders, and executives to enhance their performance and maximize business results. Jay leverages strong expertise in executive leadership, personal leadership, and women in leadership, as well as advancing, developing and retaining talent to deliver greater value and bigger impact. Her insights and guidance bring a deep awareness of what it means to be a leader in a time of transformation for companies including Microsoft, Adobe, and Accenture.

Jay is a director and executive coach for the Leadership Research Institute, a global consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development. She has achieved impressive results by promoting the effectiveness and advancement of leaders through customized executive coaching. She has also partnered with top industry leaders, including Merrill Lynch, Intuit, SpaceX, Google, Apple, and MGM Resorts.

Jay has authored two published books, The New Advantage: How Women in Leadership Can Create Win-Wins for Their Companies and Themselves and The Inner Edge: The 10 Practices of Personal Leadership. She has authored 100+ articles in CEO Magazine, Fast Company, Inc, and more, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal.

She earned a PhD in education and leadership from the University of Washington and an MA from Boston University. Jay is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
