Jon Titus is the Sr. Organization Development Consultant at Boys Town.  In this role, he leads organizational learning.  He is an innovative facilitator, and he’s passionate about the doors that are opened for life-long learners.

Jon served on the ATD Nebraska board of directors for six years (this is the local chapter of the Association for Talent Development). He spoke at the national ATD conference on leadership on the subject of recognition and engagement in 2012. In 2014, Jon became the V.P. of Education, and he served as the President for ATD Nebraska in 2016. He also served the parent organization as a member of the ATD Chapter Recognition Committee and reviewer for both the Excellence in Practice and BEST Awards.

Jon earned a Master of Business Administration in 2008, from the University of Iowa, and the Workforce Learning industry’s professional credential, the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (now known as the Certified Professional in Talent Development), in 2013.
