Jonathan Yeo
ABOUT ME
Jonathan Yeo is an inclusive culture strategist, talent development expert, leadership coach, and motivational speaker and facilitator.   He is the founder of The Potential Space, providing strategy, design, and delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and talent development solutions to organizations and individuals. Prior to founding his company, Jonathan worked at Apple for 10 years, where he designed and delivered DEI solutions, leadership curricula, and interpersonal skill development programs. He has nurtured organizational culture and development across a wide range of industries including technology, biosciences, education, marketing, arts, and entertainment.   Jonathan is passionate about developing high-potential individual contributors, new managers, experienced leaders, and mentorship programs. He delivers topic-specific experiences that explore bias, identity, and allyship, and he regularly facilitates workshops focused on team building, communication, and collaboration skills. He also provides individual and group coaching and is certified in the NeuroLeadership Institute’s brain-based coaching program.   Jonathan recently completed a master’s degree in change from INSEAD business school in France and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Technology Sydney in Australia. Born in Australia and based in the US for the last eight years, he is passionate about global understanding and local relevance for learning experiences. Jonathan has worked in 18 countries and visited more than 50. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument, DiSC® assessment, Situational Leadership II, Lominger-Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture, and Emotional Intelligence Profile (PSI).
