Josue Keely, PhD, is assistant director of knowledge management and communications for training and knowledge management at Liberty Mutual Insurance. For the past 14 years, he has led teams of instructional designers and e-learning specialists supporting sales and service agents, developed leadership and management training, and designed content and performance support tools for contact center agents. In his current role, Keely is responsible for a team of performance consultants who support Liberty Mutual’s personal and small business sales, service, and claims organizations by identifying the training and knowledge management solutions that drive business results.

Prior to working at Liberty Mutual, Keely worked as a designer and leader for a custom content developer. He has also taught at Saint Michael’s College and West Virginia University and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Vermont. He holds a PhD in behavior analysis from West Virginia University.
