Judith Hale, PhD, CPT, CACP, CIDD, and ibstpi Fellow, offers consulting and psychometric services to organizations wanting to create and validate credentials designed to measure the performance of customers, employees, and after-market partners.

She is the CEO of the Hale Center, an organization of like-minded individuals dedicated to economic equity, social justice, and environmental stewardship through innovation in credentialing. She is the author of nine books on topics including certification, measurement, and performance improvement. Her books include Performance-Based Certification: How to Design a Valid, Defensible, Cost-Effective Program and The Performance Consultant’s Fieldbook: How to Improve Organizations and People, 2nd edition.
