ABOUT ME
Judith H. Katz is executive vice president of the Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group and brings more than 30 years of experience to her work in strategic culture change. Judith is a dynamic speaker and an internationally known author. The 25th anniversary of her landmark book, White Awareness: Handbook for Anti-racism Training (University of Oklahoma Press, 1978, 2003), was celebrated with the publication of a revised edition. Her courageous autobiographical work, No Fairy Godmothers, No Magic Wands: The Healing Process After Rape (1984), was one of the first of its kind to assist rape survivors in the recovery process. She is co-author, with Frederick A. Miller, of The Inclusion Breakthrough: Unleashing the Real Power of Diversity (Berrett-Koehler, 2002), Be BIG: Step Up, Step Out, Be Bold (2008), and Opening Doors to Teamwork & Collaboration: 4 Keys That Change Everything (2013). She is the 2014 recipient of the Organization Development Network Lifetime Achievement Award and a member of the Fielding Graduate University Board of Trustees.
