Karen Weiler, CPTD

Karen Weiler is senior organizational development leader at Johnsonville Sausage. She is an experienced business-minded professional with a drive for developing others. As an HR and talent management leader, Karen has worked with various businesses, both public and private, and with C-level executives, directors, managers, and high potentials.

Karen has a passion for talent management. She is experienced with building processes that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing individuals. She leverages data to inform strategy that will impact employee development and engagement. She has designed and implemented competency models, succession planning, and performance management processes that drive development.

Karen has built learning strategies that propel culture, including training programs, learning experiences, and coaching. She has delivered solutions with a focus on leadership development and coaching. She has worked with individuals and groups to build behaviors to meet business and employee needs now and in the future.

Karen has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. As a lifelong learner, she has also earned and maintained certifications as Senior Professional in Human Resources and Certified Professional in Talent Development.
