Kate Oulton is a training process specialist working in leadership development at Progressive Insurance. Kate is also a licensed art educator experienced in building and facilitating curriculum for all ages, having taught pre-K through adult learners in a variety of settings. She’s also a working artist and creates sculptural drawings and paintings exploring human behavior and the systems that shape it. She lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and cats and loves traveling, cooking, reading, and fixing up her old house.
