Overview. Kelli Bond works through third-party consultancies as well as directly to help businesses improve or strengthen quality of life inside and outside the workplace, the employee engagement and customer satisfaction link, workforce performance, and business effectiveness & efficiency. Three of her six superpractices are talent development and organizational effectiveness (TDOE) alongside corporate social responsibility & diversity/equity/inclusion (CSR/DEI) and editorial services (writing, editing, and desktop publishing/word processing).
OlaComm/KBA's Evolution in TDOE. From 1984 to 1992, Kelli ran her own training programs in editorial services. She had also managed marketing services, IT, customer training, and HR/administration for two outside small businesses where she had direct reports. In those enterprises and others, the community, and ATD (then ASTD) Orange County, she gained visibility for her CSR/DEI work.
By early 1993, she parlayed all that into her TDOE superpractice—where she took on projects of larger scale, greater complexity/comprehensiveness, or both.
Businesses that have benefited from Kelli’s work since then include Southern California Edison (66 learning projects completed between June 1996 and December 2019), CareMore Health Division of Anthem, Arbonne International, Sempra Energy, Cardinal Health, Alcoa Fastening Systems, Genzyme Genetics, Toyota, PacifiCare, First American Title, and more.
Some Other Things to Know. A life member and past president of Orange County ATD, Kelli has a master’s degree in organization and management and a bachelor's in communications. She holds three current HR credentials (SPHR, PHRca, and SHRM-SCP).
