ABOUT ME

Toward Results Fit To Print™!

Helping elevate quality of life in the workplace and the community excites me tremendously—as does strengthening the employee experience and customer experience link!

In these and many other areas of interest, I’ve supported learning, communications, performance improvement, and change initiatives with significant depth, scope, reach, or any combination thereof in union and nonunion environments from the one-person shop to the Fortune 500/Global 2000 multinational.

What's more:

  • I'm well positioned to align your organization’s people strategy with business strategy. I’ve worked in every major functional area and at all organizational levels. I have experience in 20+ industries. These are fortified with a master's degree in organization & management; a bachelor's degree in communications; and three HR credentials (SPHR, PHRca, and SHRM-SCP). I'm also a past president of ATD Orange County.

  • In the face of 2020's cataclysmic events, I’ve redoubled my commitment to employee and public health/safety alongside equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging—and am unapologetic more than ever about declaring the Christian-based ecumenism and interfaith practice in which I grew up.

Besides leveraging a lifetime of paid, pro bono, and lived experiences (that last one as a member of six traditionally marginalized populations),  I also treat my own multiple areas of simultaneous privilege—that arise from having spent most of my formative years in Orange County, California—as psychological and sociological forces to be reckoned with!

That kind of complexity enables me to be your organization's partner in driving cultures and systems—regardless of the work I'm contracted to perform—of anti-racism, anti-xenophobia, anti-sexism, anti-classism, anti-ableism, anti-ageism, anti-religious bigotry, and anti-homophobia/biphobia/transphobia.
