Kelly has 15 years of experience working in higher education faciliating leadership development, creating curriculum, leading workshops, doing full-cycle recruiting, and empowering teams.  Kelly recently transitioned to the tech industry where she will use her past experiences, skills, and training to coordinate learning and development efforts for engineering teams.
