King Lee is a senior L&D manager in the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas). He takes charge in talent development and learning management for the staff from different businesses in Mainland China and Hong Kong. He collaborates closely with business units and HR teams in different regions to build and reinforce corporate culture to support business growth. King brings 16 years of talent development and change management experience in railway corporations and container line to his current role. He is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Chartered Professional in Human Resource (CPHR) and has led a number of learning programs that have won global and local HR awards. He has been a reviewer for ATD Excellence in Practice Awards and BEST Awards for years. King is a graduate of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Information System Management. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Hong Kong.
