L’Oreal Battistelli is Creative Collab Designs Agency Founder and Senior Instructional Designer Consultant.

A CSU Fullerton MSIDT graduate (2010), she's been providing "cradle to grave" Instructional Designer consulting service (in-house and independently) across the industry since 2010.

Home based in Southern California, her services support learner audiences on a national scale. 

L'Oreal is actively "leveling up" her Consulting competencies this year: She's a "new" ATD National member, she completed the ATD Competency Model which uncovered LOTS of opportunities for learning and development : ) (and she is completing training daily,) she's also obtaining industry-standard systems certifications aka Articulate 360 (compliments of ATD!) and more while she updates her portfolio and works with a brand Consultant on her marketing artifacts that include her website, resume and LI profiles.

L'Oreal's most recent contract with United Training (2019 - 2023) is wrapping up and she's currently vetting "next step" opportunities.
