That's me...Lenny. I started in the L&D segment as a manager who saw an employee make a sale with bad knowledge (scarry I know). I asked my boss to hold a simple class, offer some pizza for those who attended and better the team with knowledge. I didn't know it but they were looking for someone to fill the learning gap. Before long I was emersed in training and devlopment. This fantastic jouney has helped me boast about 1000's of sucessful people I had the privalage of impacting on their Journey. It also led me all of the United State, Canada and Saudi Arabia. I have spent 18  years training, 5 years as a columnist for a trade magazine, and racked up too many hotel and flight points just to realize that I love the impact I can make.
