Marek has been delivering services to the training and development industry since 1999. During that time, he worked across a variety of companies - IT, Investments, Training, and Consulting. During his professional career in this industry he has cooperated with more than 100 companies being engaged in full scale projects. He was responsible for design of learning strategies, project management, instructional design - to mention only a few.

Marek leads Accenture’s Think Tank Center of Excellence in the Talent Development and Learning Practice.  He manages the global network of people involved in innovative initiatives. Their recent activities have focused on gamification, augmented and virtual reality, AI, wearables and excellence in delivery of state-of-the-art learning services based on new technologies.

He is the author of three books (in Polish) on the topics of new training technologies and instructional design.
