Her firm partners with human resources and c-suite leaders within healthcare and social determinants of health (SDoH) sectors for pivoting and reinventing talent development functions to achieve business outcomes. Medha has over 25 years of health industry experience with expertise in clinical patient care, quality and safety improvement, operations, clinical and non-clinical education, organizational development, talent management and culture. More than a decade ago she began adopting and creating digital blended learning environments in healthcare. This digital mindset allowed her and her team to accelerate upskilling and reskilling of nurses to meet the critical care nursing demands of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Medha has served in senior leadership roles in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Culture in large hospital system in the United States, as well as, a practicing physician and a pharmaceutical executive in India.
