Michael Leimbach leads the research and design of Wilson Learning’s talent development capabilities. He has developed performance improvement systems and managed major research studies in sales, leadership, and organization development. Michael developed Wilson Learning’s learning transfer model, impact evaluation approach, and ROI model. He also has consulted for a wide variety of organizations around the world. Michael has published more than 60 professional articles and conducted more than 50 presentations for conferences, including the ATD International Conference & Exposition, AITD (Australia), the Japanese Management Association, the Academy of HR Development, the Summit on Globalization of Human Capital (Taiwan), the Global HR Forum (Seoul), and the Symposium on Internationalization of HRD (Tokyo). He has been an adjunct faculty member of the University of Minnesota and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council, College of Education.
