Michele Mollkoy is manager of Learning & Change at Cottage Health, advising leaders and teams on implementing transformational change and building a learning culture.

Michele worked in higher education from 2001-2011. She has also held staff and leadership positions in real estate and non-profit institutions.

Michele holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis and a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Counseling from Azusa Pacific University.
