Nickole Hansen began her career in the hotel and restaurant industry, where she managed a restaurant and supported hotel sales and convention services. From there, she joined Grant Thornton as a meeting planner. During her time within the travel and procurement area, she facilitated the implementation and change management of a firm-wide travel booking platform, e-procurement system, and nationalized airline and hotel programs. She then moved into learning organizations, where she has led the project management and change efforts in many large firm-wide learning technology implementations, including a learning management system, compliance reporting system, and webcasting platforms. She has managed several areas within the learning organization: program delivery, learning operations and resource management, and learning compliance. Most recently, Nickole is responsible for driving the strategy and change efforts for learning performance measurement and analytics and special projects. Nickole holds a BS from Iowa State University in hotel and restaurant management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
