Qiana Robinson, APTD
ABOUT ME

Qiana L. Robinson is the CEO and founder of QLR Consulting, where she works with C-level executives and business owners in the areas of L&D and administrative support. She is also a learning instructor at Paychex and an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she teaches classes on business, human resources, and marketing. She has been in the field of learning and development for more than 20 years and is passionate about helping and serving others.

Qiana has experience designing and delivering training programs on new-hire onboarding, soft skills, and job-seeker workshops, including How to Write a Resume, Interviewing Skills, and Negotiation Techniques.

Qiana holds a master of business administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor of science degree in business from Indiana University. She earned her APTD designation and has a certification as a World Class Assistant from Office Dynamics.
