Rachel Arpin, EdD, is an L&D consultant within a healthcare organization. She studied the use of a digital escape room game to deliver leadership training to complete her EdD in organizational leadership. During the past 13 years, Arpin has served in the L&D field as a facilitator, instructional designer/developer, people leader, and training operations infrastructure.
