Rachel Green Teague is a collaborator, speaker, facilitator, writer, and rising expert in the knowledge management field with a focus on the people side of KM including culture, knowledge transfer, and retention. Currently a senior knowledge management and training specialist and adjunct faculty at a global higher education institution based in New England, USA, Teague completed her doctorate in global training and development focusing on KM at Northcentral University in 2022 and holds an MS in management and leadership and a BS in educational studies from Western Governors University. Teague is a Certified Professional in Talent Development with ATD and facilitates several of its certification courses. Additionally, she is a Master Certified Knowledge Manager through Knowledge Management Institute and maintains professional credentials through Prosci as a Change Management Practitioner and the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM-CP. In addition to her work in academia and training, Teague is as a consultant specializing in knowledge management; change management; process improvement; and diversity, equity and inclusion.
