Rajdeep Lalvani is a Business Leader with over 30+ years of experience across Consumer Durables, Insurance, Office Automation, and Advertising & Media.

He is also an experienced L&D professional with hands-on and practical experience operating a Sales focussed business. Over the past 30+ years, his career has spanned diverse roles – from that of a Sales Executive to a Sales Manager, a Key Account Business Manager to a Tele-Sales Marketing Manager and a Branch Manager. He has experience managing a large SBU with revenue responsibility of over Rs.400 Cr. His experience handling revenue responsibility has helped embed very strong skills in his profile as a Sales Trainer, a Leadership Coach and as an L&D Specialist. As a L&D Specialist, Rajdeep has been responsible for setting up the Learning & Development function with more than one Organization.
