ABOUT ME
Raluca Graebner, PhD, is an executive coach and leadership facilitator affiliated with global consulting firm Leadership Research Institute. She specializes in executive coaching and leadership development for Fortune 500 companies and select nonprofits.
As an executive coach, she has coached clients and facilitated workshops in North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia, supporting leaders to accelerate their growth and fulfill their full potential. Her coaching explores beneath the surface to understand personal motivations and mindsets that drive deep change.
Graebner’s areas of expertise include personal leadership, people management, building skill to have effective conversations, and embodied leadership (using neuroscience and somatics to facilitate personal change).
She has worked with multinational companies and international organizations, such as Deutsche Bank, Adobe, Microsoft, the World Bank, and Shearman & Sterling LLP, in a range of sectors including finance, technology, media, business consulting, and law.
Graebner is a published author on the topics of strengths-based leadership and executive development. She holds a PhD in organizational psychology from George Washington University, where she also served as faculty, and is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West/ThirdSpace.
