Rayna is a highly skilled workshop leader and speaker who has designed and delivered thousands of hours of leadership training, including multi-week, experiential leadership programs for several intelligence agencies. Her specialties include emotional intelligence, leading change, employee engagement, and positive psychology tools for leaders. Rayna has extensive federal government client experience as well as clients from the military, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. She holds top secret security clearances from multiple intelligence agencies.
