Renie McClay, CPTD, has held a variety of learning leader roles over the last 20 years for companies like Kraft, Novartis and Pactiv Corp. She is currently a Learning Project Manager for Caveo Learning, managing large and small projects for companies across many different industries around the globe. She has a passion for cultures and has designed and facilitated training for varied global audiences, in person and virtually.  She has travelled to more than 55 countries and the list grows yearly. 

She has an MA in Global Talent Development and is a CPTD.  Renie has authored several books for ATD Press and other publishers, including The Art of Modern Sales Management, 10 Steps to Successful Teams, 111 Ideas to Engage Global Audiences, Fortify Your Sales Force, and more.  She speaks regularly at ATD ICE and regional conferences. @reniemcclay
