Rob Brodo is President and CEO of Advantexe Learning Solutions. He is responsible for setting and executing Advantexe’s strategy and leading comprehensive training engagements for clients around the world in the areas of Business Acumen, Business Leadership, and Strategic Business Selling.
Rob has more than 25 years of training experience with a focus in chemicals, technology, healthcare and process manufacturing industries. Prior to starting Advantexe, Rob spent almost 15 years with Strategic Management Group (SMG) where he played a vital role in leading the Healthcare and Technology practices by designing, developing and delivering interactive solutions for leading companies.
Rob works globally driving the design and delivery of award-winning simulations, content, eLearning tools, and Advantexe’s Virtual Learning Environment platform. Rob is the author and developer of Advantexe’s Strategic Business Selling ™ content that integrates business acumen and strategic selling into a unique and unparalleled sales and sales leadership training solution. Rob Brodo has significant speaking experience having presented at ATD, Masie Learning Conference, Training Magazine’s learning conference, The Conference Board, as well as hundreds of sales meeting, company functions and events. Rob is still a very active Advantexe facilitator, teaching over 75 client programs a year.
