Robyn A. Defelice, PhD has been a strategist and consultant in the learning and performance arena for over 20 years. She is the co-author of Microlearning: Short and Sweet and has been providing an answer to “How Long Does it Take to Develop Training?” for nearly 14 years. 

She specializes in enterprise learning management focusing on maturing operations and talent. As a learning strategist she concentrates on designing agile learning programs and evaluative plans measuring performance.

Robyn’s diverse portfolio includes major health and insurance systems, pharmaceutical sales, financial institutions, and manufacturing. She has also assisted startups, state universities, and government agencies. 

Robyn is mentor and career coach for learning and development teams and individuals; helping them to understand their own challenges and capabilities for success. Robyn is also a frequent presenter and self-proclaimed geek for industry data on the how, what, and why of learning and development.
