Rosemary Okoiti is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) experienced in intercultural business coaching & facilitation, training delivery, design and management of Leadership development programs, compliance and on-boarding. She has extensive global experience (USA, UK, Africa) working across five different industries (banking and micro finance, car rental, education, pharmaceuticals and International Development). Currently works as the Learning & Development Manager for Winrock International. She is also the founder and CEO of Rosemary Okoiti Consulting, a company that coaches and trains professionals to take the leap to reinvent themselves into successful entrepreneurs

Rosemary holds a Masters of Education degree in Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA and a Bachelors of Education degree in Economics and Business from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
