Sandra brings over twenty years of teaching, training, coaching, instructional design, technical writing, content development, and editing experience with her to our Board. In addition, she has owned several educationally-focused businesses and has consulted with many Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 organizations.  Sandra's passion is eLearning, and she enjoys creating engaging educational content.  Presently, she currently is a Talent Development professional in the Financial Sector.

Sandra has a Bachelor's degree in Biology, is an avid gardener. She recently received a graduate certificate (2023) in Organizational Behavior from Havard and is currently seeking a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Sandra enjoys watching (both) people and plants grow!
