I am a 17-year veteran of Emergency Services where I devoted much of my time to training and mentoring new EMTs and paramedics. I recently finished my MS in Organizational Leadership and decided it was time for a change; my family relocated to Florida, and I am currently the Training Coordinator for a manufacturing company which produces durable medical furniture.

I enjoy the challenge that this position brings; I'm the first Training Coordinator in company history, so I have the daunting (and exciting) task of developing a training program from the ground up.  My experiences as a paramedic have served me well, helping me analyize, diagnose, and "treat" business pains in order of severity (need).
