Sharon Wingron, CPTD has been enabling clients to connect, adapt, and thrive in the workplace by using assessment-based solutions to develop "PEOPLE" (Personal Excellence – Organizational Performance – Leadership Effectiveness) since 2002. She was the first member of the ATD International Board of Directors to achieve the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD, formerly CPLP) designation and is an “Expert Facilitator” for the ATD Master Trainer Program. Sharon is a perennial presenter at the ATD International Conference & EXPO and has contributed to several Talent Development books, most recently authoring a chapter of the ATD Handbook for Consultants.

Sharon lives on a lake outside of St. Louis, MO with her husband, two cats and a dog. While she loves the lake, she also is passionate about travel (especially cruising), trail riding and camping with her horse, and experiencing life with the people she meets along the way.
