Sheila is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and a nationally recognized facilitator and consultant. With more than 20 years' of experience, she has worked across many sectors - banking, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, call centers, and non-profit. She is an expert in business and performance analysis, managing change influences, and evaluating results. With extensive knowledge in adult learning, she has proven success partnering with organizations to align their vision to talent development strategies and coaching individuals on lifelong learning. 

Sheila holds a BA in Business-Economics and a MS in Adult and Higher Education. She is a Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC Workplace.
