Stacy Starkka
ABOUT ME

For over three decades, Dr. Starkka has helped individuals, groups, organizations, and communities  improve effectiveness and wellbeing by designing and developing learning content for training and coaching initiatives.

Based on her research studying interpersonal communications in various industries, including healthcare and technology, she recently developed a model called Creating Team Coaches to help managers and leaders become effective team coaches. She also specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion training and coaching.

Stacy Starkka, PhD, MBA, MCEC, is an industrial psychologist and a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) through the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches and MEECO Leadership Institute. She also designs and teaches teamwork, leadership, and communication courses. She is an adjunct professor at Alliant International University in San Diego, California, and an affiliate faculty member of CSU Institute for Palliative Care.
