ABOUT ME
Tammy O’Neill, MSN, MHHS, RN, NPD-BC, has been a senior education program specialist and nurse planner with the American Nurses Association (ANA) since 2019. Her passion lies in nursing education and helping nurses seek their greatest potential through lifelong learning and education. The focus of her daily work is encompassed around developing a variety of innovative products and services, from conference planning to certification courses while also offering continuing nursing education credits for the different products and services offered.
O’Neill is also highly involved in several ANA committees, including the culture committee and the DEI committee, and she has participated in year-round book clubs based on leadership, crucial conversations, and team building. She strives to make the workplace more than just a place where people come to work, but a place where people can be their genuine selves, have a voice, and feel like they belong no matter what is happening in the outside world.
