Tania Toma is currently a Senior Training Manager at Medline Industries, Inc.  Before beginning her career at Medline in May 2014, she worked for organizations such as Discover Financial Services, Mt. Sinai Hospital (Toronto), Walgreens, and CVS Healthcare.

Tania has over 15 years of corporate training experience.  She specializes in designing and delivering professional and leadership development curriculum. Delivering training for employees across all audiences is Tania's passion.  “I appreciate the opportunity to learn from my participants.  They teach me and inspire me.” 

Tania is a certified facilitator for numerous training programs such as Situational Leadership II ® (The Ken Blanchard Companies), InsideOut Coaching ® (InsideOut Development), Crucial Conversations ® (VitalSmarts), Feedback That Works, (Center for Creative Leadership), and Everything DiSC ® (Wiley).

Tania was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago (Go Cubs Go!). She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
