Thomas Reed is senior director of Global Leadership and Learning for Seagate Technology and the founder and a board member of Triple Creek Associates, Inc., an organizational development firm that specializes in mentoring and leadership development. Reed is currently completing his Ph.D. at the Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
