Tina started her Talent Development skills while working for a local business owner. In 2016, she formerly started working in the Talent Development and Employee Engagement field when she joined Crescent Bank. During Covid she had an opportunity to work at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center as the Training Department eLearning Specialist. Another opportunity presented itself when she joined the team at Ruby Slipper Café as a Training Innovation Specialist. There she developed new training courses that allowed the Krewe a more interactive way to learn. Now she’s getting back to what she knows best, Banking. She’s joined the Lending Training team at Stellantis Financial Services as an Instructional Designer. There she will be joining some familiar and new faces as she continues her trainers journey.
