Tina Ossenkopp

Tina started her Talent Development skills while working for a local business owner. In 2016, she formerly started working in the Talent Development and Employee Engagement field when she joined Crescent Bank. During Covid she had an opportunity to work at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center as the Training Department eLearning Specialist. Currently she’s responsible for eLearning Development, Employee Engagement, and LMS Administration at the Ruby Slipper Café. There she will be working with various business units to develop eLearning content to better serve the Ruby Krewe and the organization.

Since joining the team at Crescent she also joined ATDNOLA. As a member of the local chapter she was asked to run for a board position in 2018 and since that time she's been the VP of Finance and is now the VP of Operations.  Starting in 2021 she will be the VP of Administration and Finance.
