Dr. Todd Holm is the Founder and President of Holm Organizational Development. He is the Director of Professional Communication for the Expeditionary Warfare School at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Todd taught at colleges and universities for 25 years where he coached college speech and debate teams. He coached dozens of national champions and developed a reputation for rebuilding teams and taking them to national prominence.  In 2012 he took a position as the Professional Communication Program Director for the Expeditionary Warfare School at the Marine Corps University at Marine Corps Base Quantico. He trains USMC officers to be more effective communicators. Having worked with Fortune 50 companies, the Federal Government, Educational Institutions, and the Military he is an expert in adult training and education. He holds a PhD in Organizational Communication and Instructional Communication and he is also a Certified Humor Presenter.
