Valary Oleinik is one part artist, one part geek, and 100 percent committed to finding ways to help people develop and deliver more engaging and effective learning experiences. She is a speaker and consultant on gamification of learning and creative problem solving. She is also a project manager at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, an international law firm, where she has worked on both instructor-led and online learning development and delivery. Oleinik serves on the board of the USDLA (US Distance Learning Association) where she chairs the Advisory Board.
