Wendy Gates Corbett, CPTD, is the president of Signature Presentations, LLC. She is the author of the #1 bestselling book, The Energy of Belonging: 75 Ideas to Spark Workplace Community, published in January 2024.

Wendy works with organizational leaders and employees to create cultures where employees are fully seen, heard, and valued. She champions that through her research and professional global speaking, via her consulting work, and as an adjunct professor of leadership at Duke University. She is also a contributing author of ATD’s Handbook for Training and Talent Development and served as a subject matter expert for the Inclusion section of the Talent Development Body of Knowledge. She has served on the board of directors of ATD-Research Triangle Area (North Carolina) for more than 15 years and is a former member of the international board of directors for ATD.
