Oluwayemisi is a Learning and Development professional with experience supporting and delivering training solutions to skill and upskill employees as well as boost the overall performance of employees in their diverse roles in the organization.

Besides her passion for enabling others, her background in Microsoft Technologies and work experience as a Microsoft Technical Support Engineer has given her a solid foundation of required skills and knowledge to support her journey at Tek Experts as a Microsoft Technical Trainer.

The following are other subject areas she has facilitated training sessions: Onboarding New Hires, Communications, Customer Service, Teamwork, Mindset and Attitude among several others.

When she's not at work, Oluwayemisi loves to create ample time to mentor, support  and hangout with youth in developing communications skills and other job-readiness skills and the confidence needed to market themselves more effectively and ultimately be able to find work. As an L&D professional, she believes that she is well placed to help young people at this crucial stage of their lives.

She also looks forward to family time and outings with friends.
