Darlene T. Carver

Darlene T. Carver, a skilled facilitator and organizational development consultant, has more than 30 years of experience helping private, public sector, and nonprofit organizations implement training and development initiatives that produce results. Clients rely on her ability to diagnose training needs, engage executives in development efforts, design and conduct training, and equip in-house staff to be effective at managing, leading, communicating, and training.

Her educational background includes a BS in business education and an MBA. Darlene is also a transition counselor for the military, helping service members transition into private-sector employment.

Her publications include 1 Habit: 100 Habits From the Happiest Achievers on the Planet from Envision Media Press (2019, contributor) and The Masters of Success, co-authored with Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, and John Christensen from Insight Publishing (2005).
