I have built my career around connecting with and guiding learners to adopt and master new skills. I aim to cultivate a learning culture where stakeholders engage in process improvements to ensure positive outcomes of adoption and retention. The job of a learning coach can be arduous because many struggle to make incremental improvements to how they do their work. It's much like losing weight, we all know what we need to do, but doing it day in and day out is hard, repetitive work. Some days are easier than others, but in the end, we can get there if we stick to objectives and good behaviors. We can and do bring the best out in each other through training.
