Jacque Burandt, MEd, President, Award-winning Results, LLC, in San Antonio, Texas, is passionate about transforming organizations through people development, creating top performers and leaders at all levels and enhancing organizational and individual visibility, prestige, and pride through achieving awards and recognition for her clients' great work.

She authored Create an Exceptional Learning Culture for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2019 and has facilitated this topic at numerous ATD events, including the closing keynote at Houston ATD’s 2020 Fall Symposium. Jacque is the co-editor of ATD’s Talent Development in Healthcare, to be published in November 2021.

A proven expert in creating an award-winning culture, Jacque led the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health (UH) to win 8 ATD BEST Awards and ATD's first Innovation in Talent Development Award. UH has won more BEST Awards than any nonprofit organization in the world.

She frequently speaks at ATD’s International Conference and Exhibition, and has presented at ATD’s Healthcare Summits in San Antonio, and at Yale University, Columbia University, and the CORE4 Conference. She is a member of ATD’s Awards Strategy committee. As VP of Community Engagement at San Antonio ATD, she launched the Big. Little. Gives. program benefitting Dress for Success SA.
